Job Description

As a Lube Tech at DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services to ensure vehicles operate efficiently and safely. Your main focus will be on oil change services within the Lube Department, providing quick, reliable, and high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication, and other recommended maintenance services on vehicles
Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks and other mechanical issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lube department and work area
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and addressing customer concerns
Follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive oil changes or lube technician role preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fluids
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license
