Wound Care Registered Nurse RN

Job Highlights Full‑time Wound Care RN position. Shift: 6am - 4:30pm. Position Summary The Wound Care Nurse works in harmony with the nursing staff, assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and/or continence conditions. This role requires a passion for patient care, compassion, and commitment to teamwork. Posted Salary Range USD $36.00 - USD $44.00 per hour. Wage Commensuration The wage range reflects a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc). Offer in‑service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care. Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, and perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required). 1-2 years wound care experience required. Wound Care Certification (WOCN) preferred. 1+ years of long‑term care experience preferred. Reliable transportation required.
