As a Senior Decision Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data and analytics to guide strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care outcomes. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for healthcare analytics and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.**What you will do:*** Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and clinical teams.* Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hospital operations, financial performance, and patient outcomes.* Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.* Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and provide decision support for projects and initiatives.* Build and maintain predictive models to forecast patient volumes, resource utilization, and financial performance.* Conduct scenario analyses to assess the impact of various decisions on the hospital's operations and financial stability.* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).* Implement data governance practices and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives.* Utilize advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) to extract, transform, and visualize data.* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, clinical, and administrative staff, to develop and implement data-driven solutions.* Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed.* Prepare clear and concise documentation of analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations.* Present insights and reports to senior leadership and department heads in a manner that is easy to understand.**What you will need:*** Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred* Certification: n/a* Experience: 5+ years’ Experience in healthcare data analysis and decision support, preferably in a hospital setting.
