Marketing SpecialistLocation: Hybrid in Herndon, VA (3 days/week on site)Clearance Required: NoneDuration: Full-time, PermanentPay Type: W2 employeeReporting to: Director of MarketingManagement Duties: NonePosition OverviewThe Marketing Specialist will support and elevate the marketing team by advancing current programs and spearheading new initiatives. The ideal candidate is an eager, organized multitasker with a strong passion for marketing and background experience in campaign management, branding, social media, demand generation, or event promotion. This role demands a balance of big-picture strategic thinking and ground-level execution to deliver high-quality marketing collateral, web content, and ongoing communication efforts on time.This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with three in-office days per week at Four Inc.'s headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, and two remote workdays.Essential FunctionsDevelop and execute marketing strategies, including webinars, email campaigns, PR, event promotion, and sales enablement resources.Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to strengthen vendor/partner alliances and drive customer acquisition.Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Development, and Leadership teams to build cohesive messaging and content.Maintain and curate the central repository of marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and web content.Update corporate web pages and marketing materials to align with current campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Track campaign performance metrics, compile analytics reports, and help measure overall campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team action items to keep marketing initiatives on schedule.Coordinate vendor invoicing, track marketing expenses, and support budget management alongside finance.Other duties as assigned.Uphold Four Inc.'s core values and guiding principles in all interactions, decisions, and responsibilities.What We OfferCompetitive pay and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, company-paid life/short-term disability, long-term disability insurance, paid time off, all federal holidays off, etc.)Great company culture and perks (regular office happy hours, peer-to-peer recognition program, free building gym access, hybrid work environment, etc.)Collaborative team with room for professional development/growth as the company expands.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in technology, government contracting, or partner/channel environments.Experience executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.Preferred QualificationsExperience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM tools, and analytics reporting (Google Analytics).Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven.Physical RequirementsThe work is generally sedentary and performed in an office or remote setting; however, some travel to government or partner sites may be required.
