Innovative and growing Pain Management Group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Cody, WY area! Open to New Graduates!

Personalized treatment programs including non-operative spine, operative spine, orthopedic, and radiological services to better serve a wide range of needs
Company is invested in its providers shown through fellowship training in pain management, monthly bonuses, and consistent support so that the provider can focus on the patient
Benefits and Features :
Competitive salary, $130,000 - $160,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

Company manages credentialling, mentoring and education internals so providers can focus on patient care
Your Role with the Company :
Full-time position, 40hrs/week, no weekends
In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities - mileage will be reimbursed
NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
