Loan Workout Specialist 1
Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Loan Workout Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Loan Workout Specialist 1, you will be part of the Loan Recovery Department supporting the Loan Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Review and analyze legal documents related to loan workouts and recoveries
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of legal documentation with applicable regulations
- Verify notarizations and validate judgments and complaints as needed
- Collaborate with legal and collections teams to support loan resolution processes
- Test information before it is sent to third-party legal partners
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1+ year of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of collection law and civil procedures (ideal)
- Experience with litigation or quality assurance functions
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Understanding of credit card processes and legal documentation
