Custodian

Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and offices Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility Perform monthly high dusting and dust surfaces as needed Restock paper products, soap, and deodorizers in restrooms Vacuum all carpeted areas and ensure all surfaces are sanitized Notify maintenance of any repair needs Provide friendly assistance to the public when needed Complete all assigned cleaning tasks with quality and care What You Bring to the Team Education: High School diploma or GED required Experience: Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred, but well train the right candidate! License: Valid drivers license required Background: Must pass background check and drivers license record check Clearance: Must be eligible to secure and maintain an NACI clearance (for federal positions) Skills That Shine Ability to work independently and with a team Reliable, responsible, and ready to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to handle cleaning in a busy or public environment Bilingual skills a plus!
