Wealth Management Business Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage and oversee Wealth Management & Investment Services (WMIS) client accounts and products of varying types and sizes. This role involves providing subject matter expertise and operational support to a team of specialists while ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.You will be responsible for technical support, process oversight, issue resolution, and occasionally strategic input within your area of expertise. This role may also involve supervisory responsibilities and decision-making based on independent judgment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of WMIS client accounts and investment products across a range of sizes and purposes.Provide technical guidance, process support, and issue resolution for a team of operations specialists.Identify, assess, and minimize operational risk while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.Contribute to process improvements and increase operational efficiency.Deliver excellent customer service and support for client inquiries and escalations.Participate in or lead backlog management and demand prioritization efforts.Apply independent judgment for supervisory tasks and decision-making within area of expertise.Collaborate across teams and represent the department in cross-functional initiatives as needed.Preferred Skills & ExperienceSolid understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting WMIS and related client services.Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions.Hands-on experience in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.Experience with backlog grooming and demand management.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general digital tools.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceORAssociate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant operations, client servicing, or investment product experience
