Responsibilities Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and customer recordsScan and maintain documents and files Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and discrepancies Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 2-3 years of related accounting/finance experience Thorough understanding of the AP/AR processes Familiarity with journal entries and related accounting practices Excellent analytical skills Salary Range $85,000-$90,000 Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
