Owings Mills Veterinary Center is looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and can keep things running smoothly even when the lobby is busy and the phones are ringing. You’ll be the friendly face that helps make every visit a positive experience. About Us Owings Mills Veterinary Center has been serving the community for decades and continues to be a trusted resource for local pet owners. In 2020, two long‑standing hospitals—Old Court Animal Hospital and Owings Mills Animal & Bird—came together to form the modern practice we have today. Our team provides comprehensive care including wellness visits, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and preventative medicine. It’s a supportive environment where everyone works together to provide excellent care for patients and great service for their people. What You’ll Do As a CSR, you’re the hub of the hospital. You’ll support clients, patients, and the medical team while keeping the front desk organized and welcoming.
