Senior Accounts Executive

SmarTek21 is looking for a high-performing Account Executive with experience selling Managed IT Services to SMB and mid-market organizations across the United States. The ideal candidate is a hunter who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities. Build relationships with executives, IT leaders, and business owners. Sell managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts in Salesforce or HubSpot. Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams. Required Qualifications Experience 8-10 years of B2B technology sales experience. At least 5 years selling Managed IT Services or related IT solutions. Managed Services Sales Proven success selling Managed Services or recurring technology services. Revenue Track Record Experience with recurring revenue (MSP, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity). Executive Presence Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Business Outcomes Ability to translate business challenges into measurable technology outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience in MSP, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Network Infrastructure, Help Desk/Service Desk, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and SOC/NOC Services. 30-60-90 Day Plan First 30 Days Complete onboarding and product training. Learn the sales process and CRM. Build a target account list. Begin outreach and pipeline generation. Days 31–60 Conduct discovery meetings and product demos. Develop qualified opportunities. Build relationships with referral partners. Days 61–90 Close initial opportunities. Build a healthy pipeline (3–5× annual quota coverage). Develop strategic account plans. Present quarterly business results and forecast.
