Sales Executive - Financial Institution Card Solutions

Are you a proven sales professional with experience selling payment card manufacturing or credit card plastics to banks and credit unions? Our client is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive new business growth by partnering with financial institutions to provide secure payment card manufacturing, personalization, instant issuance, and fulfillment solutions. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and implementation Build relationships with executives and decision-makers responsible for card programs, payments, operations, procurement, and retail banking Present solutions including payment card manufacturing, EMV chip cards, contactless cards, instant issuance, card personalization, and fulfillment services Collaborate with internal implementation and client success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas Maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred Min. 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience Direct experience selling payment card plastics, payment card manufacturing, personalization, instant issuance, or related payment card solutions to financial institutions is required Established relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions Demonstrated success selling complex solutions and negotiating enterprise-level agreements Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills Ability to travel as needed, approx. 50% Base Salary $130,000 - $160,000 Ramp compensation incentive Unlimited Commissions Mileage Reimbursement Full Benefits Package, 401K Recognition Programs We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to hiring and supporting a diverse workforce.
