• Provide care for critically ill infants requiring advanced respiratory and nutritional support
• Perform procedures such as newborn resuscitation, intubation, umbilical line placement, and more
• Support breastfeeding and ensure communication with families
• Discharge planning and staff collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• RN licensure
• BLS, NRP certifications
• Experience with IV insertion in preterm or term infants
• Ability to work independently with strong assessment skills in preterm infant care
• Advanced skills in neonatal respiratory and nutritional support
