1st Shift Industrial Painter Pay:$21.00 per hour Schedule:Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Company: Pro Resources is seeking qualified Industrial Painters to join the Ashley Industrial Molding AIM team. AIM is a leading manufacturer of custom molded and painted plastic products and assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with industrial painting experience looking to grow with a reputable company. Job Summary: The Industrial Painter is responsible for applying liquid primer and topcoat to plastic parts using a paint gun on an overhead moving conveyor paint line. This role requires attention to detail, consistency in finish quality, and the ability to work in a fast paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Apply primer and topcoat using spray painting equipment on plastic components Work efficiently on an overhead conveyor paint line to meet production goals Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Maintain clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures including proper use of PPE Assist in other areas as needed and cross train on various job duties Job Requirements: Experience working on an overhead conveyor paint line preferred Experience using paint spraying applicators required Ability to wear a respirator Ability to lift overhead, bend, twist, and turn throughout shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively Willingness to cross train and support multiple departments Ability to work overtime as needed Strong attendance and reliability Why Join Us: Competitive pay Consistent full time schedule Opportunity for growth and advancement Team oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Resources Staffing Services
