Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Tuesday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Thursday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Friday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Saturday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Sunday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and security‑related reporting in accordance with post orders. Support a professional environment by observing and reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or suspicious activity while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: Hospital vaccine requirements apply. The client requires proof that you have a high school diploma or GED. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
