As a Security Officer Hospital Access Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime: Fri 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM, Sat 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM, Sun 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and sharing information with appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Assist patients, visitors, staff, and vendors with directions, entry procedures, and general questions while supporting a professional presence at the location. Monitor assigned areas for security‑related issues, policy violations, and/or hazards, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or first responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Proof of required vaccinations for this hospital site. Proof of a high school diploma or GED. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
