Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:45 PM - 07:45 AMTue11:45 PM - 07:45 AMWed11:45 PM - 07:45 AMSun11:45 PM - 07:45 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, equipment zones, and material storage locations. Support daily operations by observing for hazards, operational disruptions, and/or policy violations, then communicating findings according to post orders and client-directed procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
