Together, we are known for delivering exceptional patient care, innovative treatments, and a premium experience.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, we would love to meet you.What You'll DoClinical SupportPrepare patients for exams and procedures by taking vital signs, reviewing medical histories, and documenting symptoms related to vascular health.Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional vascular procedures such as vein ablations, ultrasounds, and wound care.Set up and maintain sterile fields and instruments for minor in-office procedures.Monitor patients post-procedure and provide detailed instructions on recovery, compression therapy, and follow-up care.Administer injections or medications as directed by the provider and within scope of certification.Ensure examination and procedure rooms are clean, stocked, and properly equipped.Administrative DutiesSchedule appointments, tests, and procedures in coordination with the clinical team.Obtain insurance authorizations and assist with documentation for medical necessity when required.Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.Answer patient inquiries and provide support regarding treatment plans, pre-procedure preparation, and post-care instructions.Support front desk operations as needed, including check-in/check-out, scanning documents, and verifying insurance information.QualificationsA High School diploma or equivalent is required.An active MA license in the state of Arkansas is preferred.Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
