Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results. Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized. Kitchen Department Manager ensures high‑quality food, speed, safety, cost control, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes/motivates crew throughout their time at the restaurant. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedules and passion for fast‑paced operations. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
