Staff Pharmacist | Camden, New Jersey

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Mid Shift Staff Pharmacist to support a closed-door, long-term care facility. This role offers a schedule focused on afternoon and evening hours, providing a balanced workday within a high-volume pharmacy setting.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
- Rotating every third weekend
- Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday from either 11:00 am - 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Coverage required for a minimum of one summer and one winter holiday
- Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Oversee and coordinate pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and accuracy
- Manage a daily volume of approximately 600 prescriptions
- Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
- Proven experience working in a pharmacy environment, preferably with high prescription volumes
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Familiarity or willingness to learn Frameworks software
