Role Summary As an EHP, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the safety and security of families and homes. The process is simple: there is no cold calling or D2D sales. We connect customers to you who are already interested in ADT home security. In‑home appointments are scheduled and provided for you by our Inside Sales team. You review security options on‑site and close a custom home‑security package. You earn uncapped sales commissions based on the homeowner’s choices. Qualifications Passion for customer service, a strong sales background, and a desire to help keep others safe and secure. Entrepreneurial and career‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum). Smartphone or tablet. Responsibilities Help homeowners create customized Smart Security solutions for their personal needs. Deliver 5‑Star customer interaction–every day is a new opportunity; you’ll be the first face‑to‑face contact our customers have with SafeStreets.
