Maintenance MechanicWe're seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Mechanic with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills to keep our rubber manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a stable, year-round position with opportunities for long-term growth.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain presses, slitting machines, curing ovens, and other production equipmentPerform preventive maintenance to minimize downtimeRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns and identify root causesMaintain maintenance logs and assist with equipment upgradesWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skillsAbility to read schematics and technical manualsDependable, self-motivated, and team-orientedBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement savings plan (401k with employer match)Overtime opportunitiesAnnual safety boot reimbursement after one yearJoin a growing, stable manufacturing team where your skills and reliability make a real impact!
