Maintenance Mechanic

Headquartered in Virginia, LanceSoft currently operates out of several locations in the US and Canada. Responsibilities Ensure proper care of spares, tools and other related and assigned equipment. Maintain knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of clinical equipment, document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule. Provide prompt resolution to problems as they arise. Enhance technical knowledge and develop proficiency on current product lines through independent and/or formal instruction. Facilitate and verify safe operation and effective performance of medical devices and systems through quality control. Effectively resolve customer issues and accomplish administrative tasks and requirements of the position as required. Customizes units and makes adjustments or repairs according to written specifications. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, computers, machines, etc. Experience using electronic test equipment. Having prior education, training & knowledge of basic electronics. Prior use of electronic, hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Minimum of at least 1 year in technical/electronics manufacturing environment.
