Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Los Angeles, CA, combining in-person collaboration with the flexibility of a modern hybrid work environment.

Note: Must have 5+ years of technology training or software training experience, including advanced Microsoft 365 expertise. Candidates should also have strong presentation skills and experience developing and delivering technology training programs.

Job Description

• Design and deliver engaging technology training programs for employees across departments, teams, practice groups, and individual users.
• Lead classroom, virtual, eLearning, onboarding, regional, and customized training sessions.
• Analyze user feedback and technology trends to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain training materials, reference guides, visual aids, eLearning content, communications, and course resources.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot software issues while tracking and resolving technology-related tickets.
• Manage training schedules, course sessions, attendance, and user progress through the Learning Management System.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, establish quality benchmarks, and develop strategies to improve learning outcomes.
• Prepare training reports and communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with IT and administrative leaders to identify technology training priorities and strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to test system upgrades, evaluate functionality, and support technology initiatives.
• Incorporate GenAI tools and emerging technologies into training and productivity strategies.
• Coach, mentor, and support other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology training, software training, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of eLearning software, video creation, and online training tools.
• Experience with desktop productivity and document management software.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience with GenAI tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation, motivational, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to adapt training styles to different audiences and learning environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• macOS experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally as needed.
