As a Service Technician at Upper Marlboro Ford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Your expertise and dedication will help us deliver exceptional automotive service in Upper Marlboro, MD.
Responsibilities- Diagnose issues and perform repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical problems.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Proven experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic.
