Business Systems Analyst

Analyze existing and proposed business processes; Assess alternative solutions to business software/hardware system problems; Write system process specifications to be used in system design; Create data mapping, reports, queries, data analysis, and presentations on existing business, competitors and vendors; Identify key business capabilities within the organization for Operations that require new or enhanced processes; Coordinate and conduct system requirements sessions with business owners/stakeholders/Specialized Knowledge Experts and Design and Development teams to gather requirements that must be included in new or improved systems; Translate technical requirements into action items to guide software development; Market the product to the focus prospect.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and 18 months of experience in all listed job duties. Salary $79,365.00/year.
