Business Analyst

Job description -

Mandatory requirements: Good Knowledge and communication skills with experience in Claims, Facets, EDI and Enrollment.
• 4+ years of relevant consulting or Health Care industry experience
• Experienced in business analysis, process consulting and/or process reengineering
• Ability to work with clients to understand business problems and provide consultation on process improvement strategies.
• Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverables such as business requirements, process maps, etc., within the constraints of budget, time, and resources.
• Experience working in iterative development environment such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences
• Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
