Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform telemetry interpretation and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer critical cardiac drips and manage post-sheath removal hematoma.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the EMR system (Meditech).
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years in a PCU environment.
• Experience with telemetry interpretation and patient care at the PCU level or higher.
• Ability to float to Med Surg as needed.
• Preferred experience in managing critical cardiac drips.
