Strategic Talent & Culture Director
Workstream
Workstream in Dallas is seeking a dedicated individual to manage talent and training within a Chick-fil-A® restaurant. This role demands developing training plans for both Front of House and Back of House, ensuring new hires receive excellent training, and actively engaging with Team Members to foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate must oversee the training journey of new hires, maintain training records, and promote Team Member recognition. Flexibility for up to 5 hours for planning is required with a commitment of at least 30 hours weekly in Operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
