Steelhead Coffee in Long Beach, CA is welcoming applications to join our team! Compensation begins at $16.90/hr. PLUS TIPS! If you are communicative, self-driven, motivated, and hard-working, we'd love to receive your application!
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with recipes and customer needs
- Actively maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Manage tasks and time effectively
- These are examples of some of the responsibilities of the position
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista is a plus!
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Team Player
- Positive attitude
- Motivated to be excellent
- Required: Ability to work weekends/holidays. We are open from 6am - 5pm weekdays, and from 7am - 5pm weekends
