Elara Caring is looking for a passionate Licensed Practical LPN Nurse Clinical Coordinator to join our elite team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.

What is Required?

• LPN or LVN required in the state of practice
• 2 years of experience as LPN preferred
• Possession of working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care benefits, policies and procedures preferred
• Positive attitude
• Dedication to quality patient care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties
