Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Business Coordinator, you support community operations by overseeing hospitality services, human resources, payroll, and business processes—helping create a seamless experience for residents and team members.What You'll Do:Recruit, hire, train, and coach concierge and front-of-house team membersSupport payroll processing, timekeeping compliance, and HR administrationChampion onboarding, personnel records, and benefits coordinationAssist with billing systems, financial reporting, and monthly close tasksEnsure business controls, audits, and compliance standards are metPartner with the General Manager on budgeting and expense managementMaintain high hospitality, dining, and housekeeping quality standardsServe as Manager on Duty when neededSupport worker's compensation and risk management processesYou play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a welcoming, service-focused environment.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred3+ years leadership experience in hospitality or operationsExperience in recruiting, payroll, and customer serviceStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of employment standards and compliance practicesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage confidential information with integrityBusiness Coordinator – Help Keep Operations Organized and EfficientPay Range: 19.05 - 23.85Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
