Join a stable, growing company that offers top-tier pay, profit sharing, low turnover, and the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced production equipment in the industry.You'll play a critical role in keeping our CNC machines, EDMs, Swiss machines, robotic systems, water jets, presses, and automated equipment running at peak performance in a modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility.Why You'll Love This Opportunity$32 - $45/hr starting payProfit-sharing programClean, air-conditioned, well-lit facilityVery low turnover and excellent company cultureAdvanced CNC and automation technologyCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesWork with a collaborative production and engineering teamStable manufacturing company with approximately 500 employeesWhat You'll Be DoingAs a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime throughout our manufacturing operation.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, mills, EDMs, Swiss machines, water jets, presses, robotic systems, and other production equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.Conduct equipment inspections to identify problems before they impact production.Complete repairs, adjustments, alignments, and machine installations.Support approximately 10 new equipment installations each year.Operate forklifts and lifting equipment to move and position machinery safely.Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment performance.Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all plant safety requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.Experience maintaining CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.Ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC issues.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsTechnical degree, trade school, or formal maintenance training.Prior CNC maintenance experience beyond minimum requirements.Experience with CNC lathes, mills, EDMs, Swiss machines, robotic systems, and automated production equipment.PLC troubleshooting experience.Hydraulic and pneumatic systems expertise.Forklift experience.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Work ScheduleTraining PeriodMonday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (First 8-12 weeks)Regular ScheduleMonday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)Join a Team That Invests in MaintenanceThis isn't a facility where maintenance is treated as a cost center.
