What You Will Bring: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Oregon teaching license with appropriate endorsement (Speech Impaired or Communication Disorders) and/or State of Oregon SLP License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school-based settings, ideally working with students with moderate or severe disabilities Familiarity with both low-tech and high-tech augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and multidisciplinary staff Ability to handle confidential information discreetly Valid Oregon Drivers License required First Aid/CPR Certification may be requested What Youll Do: Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students in school environments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, including special education and behavioral consultation Support students with a wide range of communication needs, including augmentative communication users Adapt to evolving caseloads and assignments across the service district Apply your skills where they are needed mostthese full-time positions offer the opportunity to collaborate closely with dedicated professionals serving a diverse student population.
