Admin Support SpecialistThe temporary Administrative Support Specialist is the coordinator for Medical Student Education Scheduling. This position is responsible for support and coordination of scheduling and calendars for various medical learners, including but not limited to PA students, CBPC students, shadow students, and AI students. The position fields requests, maintains tracking systems, and works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless educational experience for various medical learners. In addition, the position will provide MSE administrative support and event coordination. The integration of MSE schedules and provider schedules will result in a projected project to migrate all operations schedules in the LBS software to improve accuracy, consolidate functions and increase reporting functionality. This position will be expected to take a lead stakeholders role in the integration(s).
