Human Resources Director, Houston, TX.

Excellent Base Salary- $195,000 to $225,000 (negotiable based on experience). ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS BASED ON PERFORMANCE! FULL RELOCATION FUNDING PROVIDED AS WELL. OUTSTANDING Benefits & 401K. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT OR TEMP. ROLE, IT IS A FULL-TIME-PERMANENT PLACEMENT & YOU WILL BE AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY.

**HYBRID ROLE: You can work from home on Thursdays & Fridays & in office Monday through Wed.

-Base salary is $195,000 to $225,000 annually with significant potential annual increases, based on your performance. ALSO AN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS, BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.

-FULL RELOCATION FUNDING PROVIDED FOR THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE AREA!

-You manage a staff of five Human Resource professionals in this role

REQUIREMENTS:

-A Minimum of a two year college degree, or two year technical school degree is required by the hiring company. The company prefers a 4 year college degree but will absolutely consider those with two-year degrees with adequate experience.

-A minimum of 3 years Human Resources management\supervisory experience is required by the hiring company.

-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Have experience with annual employee evaluations (for HR personnel)

-Have experience with ADP (either recently or in the past)

-Have experience (recently or in the past) with recruiting, benefits, employee evaluations, orientations\training

-Have knowledge of payroll, hourly and salaried (recent or in the past)

-Have experience working with external recruiters

-Experience with either establishing or enhancing employee policies, throughout an organization

-Experience in providing group-company presentations & updates to management (recent or in the past)

-Have a team-focused work ethic & management style

-Have excellent people skills
