Job Details Location: Johnstown, PA 15905 Setting: Emergency Department / Level I Trauma Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 - $2,370 Start Date: 07/28/2026 End Date: 10/20/2026 Patient Population: Adult, pediatric, and high-acuity emergency cases Charting System: EPIC Weekend Requirement: Yes Call: None Orientation: Weekly orientation available on Mondays Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience required Emergency Department RN experience preferred Trauma nursing experience and critical care experience preferred Current ACLS and PALS required CEN preferred Must have all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start Must complete required fingerprinting and background screening steps Drug screen within 90 days accepted MMR declinations are not accepted Strong basic nursing skills, teamwork, and a commitment to patient-centered care Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced Emergency Department Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment Provide care for trauma, critical care, and other high-acuity emergency cases as needed Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and follow established clinical protocols Prioritize patient flow, safety, and effective communication throughout the shift Support a positive team environment while adapting to varied shift needs Why Consider This Travel RN Opportunity?
