Required Skills:

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatrics or Family Medicine with pediatric experience
• Active Washington State medical license and DEA registration
• Proficiency in the EPIC electronic medical record system
• Ability to start patient care within 3 days after orientation
• Strong multitasking skills to manage high-volume, fast-paced outpatient clinics
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity, with willingness to work with vulnerable populations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities, especially in languages spoken by the local community
• Prior experience working in community health or with migrant and refugee populations
• Familiarity with interpretative services and culturally competent care strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of clinical outpatient experience preferred, with a background working in community clinics or similar settings

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start by June 15, 2026, with credentialing completed within 2-3 weeks
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch
• Willingness to travel for onboarding and certification as needed; travel expenses covered by the employer
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required to ensure safety for patients and staff
• Must have a clean malpractice record and no adverse background reports
