Job Title: Pediatrician

License: Active WA license required
Certifications: Active WA DEA required; certifications to be discussed at time of credentialing


Must-Have:
- Board Certification: BC or BE
- Experience in community health settings or interest in working with vulnerable populations
- Comfortable working with a high-volume patient load of up to 18 patients per day


Description:
The position is for a Pediatrician.
This role supports a community health center.
Providers will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients daily.
Patient ages range from newborns to age 18.
Providers are expected to be comfortable working with all ages.
A dedicated medical assistant will be provided for each provider.
There is a receptionist, mental health therapists, and dietitians on staff.
The clinic may have an onsite pediatrician and a local healthcare administrator.
Providers must be experienced with the EPIC electronic medical record system.
Interpretative services are available on site for patients.
Experience in fast-paced environments is a must.
Providers are expected to begin patient care by day three after a one-week ramp-up period.
Candidates with prior experience in similar settings are preferred.
Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required.
