What You Will Do

1. AI Agent Development

• Build agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or LlamaIndex.
• Develop multi-agent architectures for planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, and feedback loops.
• Implement autonomous workflows for analytics, operations, customer support, and productivity automation.

2. Generative AI Solutions

Develop LLM-powered features such as:

• Naturallanguage querying
• Summarization & explanation engines
• Scenario simulation & calculators
• Insight generation and anomaly detection
• Conversational interfaces

Fine-tune, supervise, or optimize models for domain-specific tasks.

3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Build enterprise-grade RAG pipelines for scalable document, metric, and knowledge retrieval. Implement embeddings, vector databases, chunking, prompt templating, and ranking strategies.

4. AI Tool Integration

Enable agents to interact with:

• Databases
• Power BI / Anaplan / ERP / CRM
• REST APIs
• Python tools & calculators
• Business workflows

Build "function calling" capabilities for real-time actions.

5. MLOps & AIOps

Deploy AI systems using Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, Vertex AI, or on-prem platforms. Implement monitoring, guardrails, safety layers, and model evaluation pipelines. Set up CI/CD for AI workflows.

6. Collaboration & Solution Design

Work with product, analytics, and engineering teams to design AI use cases. Create high-level and low-level architecture diagrams. Ensure scalability, robustness, security, and governance.

What You Need To Be Successful

Experience: 4- 6 Years

Technical Skills

1. Generative AI & LLMs

Strong understanding of GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini Prompt engineering, prompt chaining, instruction tuning Experience with open-source and proprietary LLMs Knowledge of transformers, attention mechanisms, and embeddings

2. Agentic AI

Hands-on experience with:

• LangChain Agents
• AutoGen / Autogen Studio
• Semantic Kernel Functions & Planners
• Multi-Agent Orchestration
• Tool-use, planning, reflection, memory systems

3. RAG Engineering

Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Azure AI Search) Chunking strategies, hybrid search, rerankers Advanced prompt routing & retrieval chains

4. Programming

Python (must have) Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus Familiarity with API development (FastAPI, Flask)

5. Cloud & Deployment

Azure AI Studio / AWS Bedrock / GCP Vertex AI Docker, Kubernetes DevOps & MLOps practices Model deployment pipelines

6. Data & Analytics

SQL, data modeling Working knowledge of APIs from systems like Power BI, Dataverse, Anaplan, SAP Basic ML knowledge (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning basics)
