Guest Services Representative

Franciscan Health - 1701 South Creasy Lane - Responsibilities: Provide support to staff, patients, and family members with hospitality, information, and way-finding.; Conduct rounds in waiting rooms, inpatient rooms, Emergency Department, Outpatient and Surgery areas to identify needs and address complaints.; Monitor inventory needs for department equipment and supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.; Oversee volunteers, providing guidance and training to ensure quality of service.; Greet and actively help visitors with transporting and way-finding; respond calmly to upset or difficult visitors; solicit grievances and act as liaison to resolve concerns.
