Position Overview:

The

Patient Care Coordinator

is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital role in ensuring a positive, organized, and efficient patient experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within established processes, coordinating multiple moving parts, and being part of a collaborative, low-drama team environment. The perfect candidate has a positive attitude, strong listening skills, and a desire to learn and grow.

You'll receive structured onboarding and training, so you don't need to have everything figured out on day one—but you do need to be coachable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-functioning team.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience & Front Office Operations

Serve as the first point of contact for patients—both in person and over the phone

Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

Assist with patient questions and provide clear communication throughout their visit

Administrative & Billing Support

Collect patient payments and manage daily transactions

Verify and enter patient insurance information

Assist with billing and insurance submissions as needed

Maintain accurate and organized patient records

Clinic Coordination & Workflow Management

Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations

Prepare for upcoming appointments and support clinic flow

Coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Support the clinical team in delivering a seamless patient experience
