Do meaningful work with a team that puts people first. InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Cape Coral . What InHome Therapy Offers Flexible schedule - you own your time and have autonomy over your day Caseload stability - consistent patient census through our agency partner network Therapy first clinical and administrative support Career growth, leadership opportunities and professional development Tablet with data plan provided Compensation and Benefits* Mileage reimbursement - plus tools to reduce windshield time Paid training and mentorship Key Responsibilities Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards Requirements Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing BLS CPR certification Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided) *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
