Job Description

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to promote continued improvements post-therapy.
• Track Progress and Adjust Strategies: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a focus on successful rehabilitation.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and professional certification are highly encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
