Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 5 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 5, you will be part of the GCX Management team supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in administrative support roles.
- Experience working with executives and supporting senior leadership.
- Strong calendaring, scheduling, and travel management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
