Network Development Specialist

Job Description The Network Development Specialist is a critical member of the enterprise's Network Development team with responsibility for developing strong, stable provider networks nationwide and facilitating key recruitment related activities. This position cultivates new and existing relationships with providers and their staff, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and internal business partners across the enterprise. Responsibilities Build partnerships between providers and the company to establish strong, stable provider networks. Manage all recruitment projects and resources for the assigned territory. Plan and execute daily recruitment schedule and approach. Evaluate and determine cost effectiveness of contracting specific providers. Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a secure remote environment. Willingness to travel, including overnight stays; occasional airplane travel may be required. Strong planning and organizational skills, including time management, collaboration, and network and competitor analysis. Commitment to excellent customer service with consistent meeting of deadlines and effective relationship building. Strong verbal and written communication, networking, negotiation, problem solving, and conflict management skills. Consultative, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and share information with discretion. Ability to operate in an environment of rapidly changing priorities. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with demanding workloads and tight timelines. Attention to detail, flexibility, and creativity. Knowledge of Current Dental Terminology (“CDT”) codes and dental nomenclature. Base Pay Pay Grade 18: $56,900 - $119,200 (national base pay range).
