Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience with school-based SLP services, including IEPs, assessments, and student support
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms (for remote candidates)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy for students, both in-person and via teletherapy
• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to optimize student outcomes
