School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dearborn Heights, Michigan

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-5 students in a dynamic educational setting near Dearborn Heights, MI. This position offers the chance to provide speech-language services to a manageable caseload of 40-45 students, with a start date of August 20, 2026, and an end date of June 11, 2027. Youll enjoy working closely with an experienced and collegial team of Speech-Language Pathologistsoffering robust collaboration, guidance, and ongoing support as you make a meaningful impact. What youll bring: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid Michigan SLP licensure Previous school-based experience is preferred Ability to communicate effectively and work well with young learners Key responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other SLPs to maximize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student goals Maintain appropriate documentation for student records and compliance Deliver direct and consultative services for a K-5 caseload This full-time contract offers 35 hours each week, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $55-70 per hour, based on experience and fit.
