Coordinator, RecruitingSalary Range $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Category Human ResourcesDescriptionPosition SummaryThe Recruiting Coordinator reports directly to the Sr. Corporate Recruiter and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support throughout the recruiting process. This role supports recruiting activities including resume review, candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking system (ATS) maintenance, and general recruiting administration.The Recruiting Coordinator maintains accurate candidate records, tracks candidate activity and recruiting metrics, and assists with ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.Essential Tasks, Duties, & ResponsibilitiesSupport the full-cycle recruiting process through coordination and administrative assistanceReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirementsBatch and route candidate resumes to hiring managers for review and feedbackSchedule and conduct initial phone screens and prepare candidate summaries for hiring managersCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules, statuses, and next stepsTrack candidate activity and maintain accurate, real-time candidate data within the Paycom ATS and recruiting trackersMaintain organized and accurate recruiting records, candidate documentation, and interview feedbackSupport onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes including background checks and employment documentationAssist with recruiting-related reports, metrics, and ad hoc administrative projectsHelp maintain recruiting workflows and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experienceProvide general administrative support to the HR and Recruiting teamEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesPerform other duties as needed and directed by managementQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required1–2 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or related experience preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment requiredPrior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred; Paycom experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsComfortable speaking with candidates and employees over the phoneAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong administrative and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TeamsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismStrong follow-up and time management skillsInterest in building a long-term career in Recruiting and Human ResourcesBilingual Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus, but not requiredAbility to work collaboratively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organizationNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
