Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Onyx Care of Jena. As a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation services, we pride ourselves on our patient-centered approach and commitment to exceptional care. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients in a post-acute rehabilitation setting, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
